As the kids were waiting in line on picture day, the photographer passed out those lovely little black combs. Coleman proceeded to comb out his hair. I'm sure the intention was good. But when you have curly hair, combing it out only makes it go crazy. We really felt like he captured the essence of Lewis Robinson from Meet the Robinsons in his photo. But now looking out it, it's not sticking up quite so much. Ultimately, we did end up doing retakes.

Ten for Thursday
1 - Our family just had a scrumptious dinner out to The Melting Pot tonight. Free cheese fondue thanks to National Cheese Fondue week and a generous Niki Kemple for sharing the coupon!
2 - We are heading up to Orlando for our first Ward Temple Trip. The kids get to go on a tour of the temple and then do temple themed arts and crafts with the primary and the youth. Our kids are really excited. Campbell has been singing "I Love to See the Temple" every day. Marc and I really excited as well as this is our first visit to the Orlando Temple.
3 - Cooper finally popped out 2 teeth - the bottom ones. The relief was short lived as it seems like he is trying to force the top ones out now. He has even bit my collarbone while holding him. We've definitely been fooled into thinking we had this incredibly easy kid. Cooper is Mr. Fussy lately.
4 - Campbell had his first field trip. His class went to Publix (the local supermarket). He was thrilled to have the behind the scenes tour and all of the yummy samples.
5 - Speaking of field trips, the boys and Marc head up to Cape Canaveral at the end of the month and not only do they get to do awesome simulations and tours and all kinds of cool things, there is now a shuttle launch that day and they get front row seats! I'm just a tad jealous as it is going to be on my birthday and they will be gone from 5:40am to 11:00pm. I only wish our whole family could be there. Luckily, my mom and David are coming out and they will help distract me on my birthday.
6 - The boys have started their Pre-Team gymnastics. They now go 3 hours a week instead of just 1 and are training to work up to competing. Thus far, they are still loving it which makes it bearable to wrestle Cooper and Addie each time.
7 - Addison is also doing awesome in her gymnastics class. Her coach thinks that she is really keeping up well with the older girls. Between Addie and the boys, it does feel like we are at the gym ALL the time.
8 - The weather has been glorious out here and makes us ever more grateful when we are hearing of the never-ending snowstorms in Utah.
9 - We love Spring Break because it means we get visits!!! This year, Melisa and her family were unable to come out, but we had a week with my Mom, Melanie, Hayden and Quinn. Poor Quinn was SO Very sick the entire time he was here. But it was fantastic just to have them here! Michelle and Laura arrive this weekend for their week. We can't wait to spend time with them too!
10 - We sold our house! We parted with our first home. Our beautiful Bellagio Court. We put it up in January and it sold like 3 weeks later. It was really hard because the kids and I never really got to say goodbye. But the new family has a little girl and a little boy so it should fit them just right. Who knows what our future holds....

My Handsome Cam
Our incredible son Campbell turned 6 years old this March. He is such a fantastic kid whom we are so very proud of. He has such a sweet sensitive little soul and the most delicious laugh. He has loved Kindergarten, especially his G.P. classes. I can't believe it has already been six years. He came into our lives 3 weeks early and weighed a healthy 6 lbs 9oz. But he was so small we had to run out to get preemie clothes to fit him. He and Coleman have been the best of friends from day one. But he and Addison are also incredibly close and he is so sweet to little Cooper. Here is a little walk down memory lane with Campbell Marc Hone.....
| Finding out we were expecting Campbell. Coleman was just 14 months. |
